These terms are subject to change at any time without warning. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website. It is the sole responsibility of our customers to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
In order to ensure that your device is unlocked, we must receive the proper IMEI. The IMEI number that you provide must come directly from your phone. Simply type *#06# into your mobile keypad. When Selecting Network, please choose Service Provider the phone is CURRENTLY LOCKED TO. (DO NOT select the provider you intend to use, but the provider who has setup original restriction). Once an order is confirmed we cannot change phone details so please ensure details are correct before proceeding with your order. Orders with incorrect information are subject to delay or cancellation without notice.
Refunds will not be given. In cases when we have delivered a code and have verified the code against the details provided we reserve the right to seek further evidence to support any customer claim that the code provided did not remove the network lock from their mobile phone. In providing your device information (carrier, device type, and IMEI number) you confirm that the information is correct. Incorrect or invalid phone information, will generate an invalid code. Please consult with a customer service specialist in order to rectify this situation. In cases where your phone cannot be unlocked because you have previously entered too many incorrect codes to the handset before ordering we will not provide a refund. Please also read the Paypal disclosure below.
Upon order completion, your order enters our system. Orders are only eligible for cancellation before you receive your unique unlock code. Once the order has been fully processed and you receive your unique code, the order cannot be cancelled.
All delivery times are subject to change. While we strive to offer codes within 24 hours, delays do at times occur. We ask that customers allow 72 hours before contacting us. If codes are not delivered within five business days, orders are subject to a full refund.
All unique unlock codes are delivered digitally, therefore by using our service you agree, you give up the right to any and all Chargeback claims, as items delivered digitally, cannot be returned. We have no proof you did not use the unique unlock code, given to you.
